To use DaDungeon...

• You must be here to greet your own guests. You are required  to be here at least fifteen minutes before your planned personal start time or a half hour before a party.  This time is not counted toward your 'hour'. 
• You must use all safety rules. Before you leave you must clean the areas per the strict hygiene regiment. Fifteen minutes grace is allowed after the projected time for clean up.
• If you require additional set-up or clean up time, it may be counted towards the amount of usage. Please note the usage will be pro-rated only in thirty minute increments. 
• Before an event, you must do a walk through as photos are taken. This is done so we can use the pictures to be sure all items are accounted for and in the same condition after usage.  Any item that is damaged or missing must be paid for immediately, using retail pricing for purchasing another, regardless of the age or condition of the item before your use.
• Be sure to let your guests know that they will not be allowed entrance without you present.
• Each attendee will have to  sign our agreement of use which includes a liability waiver, age verification and confidentiality agreement. 
• Each attendee must have their photo ID. 
• DaDungeon may require there to be a person in the space where your guests are or just in the facility, like a dungeon monitor.
• There are guard dogs. Do not attempt to pet or engage in any manner. We are not responsible for any actions of the dogs.
• Additional rules may apply.

Deposit 
There is a non-refundable deposit for new users. The deposit is figured using the projected attendance and the novelties and props that may be used but will be no less than 50% of expected rental.  When you use the space the deposit will be credited.

The Lower Level consists of the foyer, the vanity room and dungeon space. There is no running water on the lower level; there is a 'bedside / handicap' toilet and hand sanitizer.  

The Lower & Main floor usage contains the lower level as noted above and the main first floor room, second room, bathroom and Kitchen.  Longer parties and those who have monthly parties booked may receive reduced rentals. Rates will be dramatically reduced if you elect to have your own team clean before your party/event.

Cancellation 
If you do not use the space there is a cancellation fee of $20.00 per  scheduled hour

Personal Parties to Pro-Domme Rental
A binding agreement must be signed stating no prostitution nor sexual services are offered and all activities will be legal and confidential. Illegal activities will be immediately reported. We cater to visiting and local LEGAL professional dominatrix. The rate is dependant on the time commitment. 

Organizations and Groups
We welcome groups that may wish to book several or singular events.
